The JOB Coach works in cooperation with an Employment Consultant to assist persons with disabilities by providing on the job vocational rehabilitation services.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma required. Additional education in Human/Social Services a plus
- Minimum one year of experience working with students or adults with disabilities
- Detail oriented, excellent oral and written communications skills and highly developed problem solving skills
- First Aid/CPR/AED required (we will provide certification as necessary)
- Possess valid Driver's License and maintain current good Driving record, proof of State minimum required auto insurance, reliable personal transportation
- Able to meet requirements for approval to work with vulnerable adult populations by passing Washington State Patrol, DSHS Background checks and driving record checks
- Must understand and demonstrate ethical considerations in the field of Human Services
Working Hours:
This is a part time position with no guaranteed hours but flexible to meet client needs. Could be close to 20+ hours per month. This role is perfect for an individual who seeks part time work and can be flexible in terms of employment needs.
