This position assists and supports the Human Resource Manager and other members of the human resource team to provide personnel services to Quality Manufacturing employees

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Recruits, interviews and selects candidates to support hiring managers
- Possesses firm understating and introduces employees to company policies and procedures, as well as all benefit programs
- Supports area managers with personnel decisions
- Collaborates to develop, implement, and apply employee programs and policies
- Maintains confidentially concerning employees and the Human Resource department as necessary
- Assists in scheduling various meetings and employee programs and events as needed
Education, Experience, Skills:
Education:
- High School Graduate/G.E.D
- 4 year degree in Human Resource Management, Business Degree or related field preferred
Experience:
- 2 years prior experience in Human Resource field preferred
- Previous experience in manufacturing industry preferred
Skills:
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to communicate and coordinate with all levels of employees and managers, as well as the general public
- Ability to work independently as well as with others
- Strong time management skills, including planning, multi-tasking and organization
- Possess problem solving skills and good business skills
- Good computer skills, familiar with basic programs
- Ability to maintain confidential information
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $59,962.42 - $72,212.81 per year
