We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team and support resident health and wellness every Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. What You’ll Do:
Resident Care & Support
- Oversee and monitor daily resident care and respond to health needs
- Provide coaching and training to caregivers on resident ADLs and care plans
- Administer medications accurately and document per policy
- Perform skilled nursing tasks within RN scope and company guidelines
- Respond to resident emergencies, contact physicians and families as needed
- Maintain accurate medical records and communicate changes in condition
Leadership & Team Coordination
- Provide clear shift hand-offs and receive/give detailed reports
- Ensure caregiver duties are assigned and completed
- Support new staff with training and guidance
- Act as Manager on Duty during assigned shifts
What We’re Looking For:
- Current RN license in good standing with the state
- Prior experience in senior living, skilled nursing, or similar healthcare setting
- Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills
- Ability to lead, coach, and communicate effectively with staff and families
- Professional, positive attitude and a strong sense of resident advocacy
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs occasionally, and 25 lbs frequently
