Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional check-in experience
- Manage guest reservations, cancellations, and modifications efficiently using multi-line phone systems
- Answer all incoming calls with proper phone etiquette, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments
- Handle guest requests promptly, ensuring their needs are met with excellent customer service and guest relations skills
- Maintain accurate records of guest information, billing details, and special requests in the hotel management system
- Assist with night audit procedures to reconcile daily financial transactions and ensure smooth overnight operations
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences
Requirements
- Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a hospitality environment
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs professionally
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse clientele effectively
- Knowledge of hotel management software and multi-line phone systems is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with attention to detail and phone etiquette
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Previous experience with night audit procedures or resort environments is a plus
