We are looking for an IP attorney who has a proven record of client development with 5+ years of experience specifically in U.S./foreign trademark prosecution (search, filings and responses to office actions), domain name disputes, TTAB proceedings, trademark litigation, trademark licensing, and cease and desist letters. Attorney must have a portable book of business and growing IP practice. IP litigation experience in patent and trademark would be valued. At least one state bar license required.
