WHAT YOU'LL EARN

- $3,000/month guaranteed base — $36,000/year, no matter what
- 7% commission on every dollar of revenue above $144K/year
- 1% performance bonus on total annual revenue once you cross $1.5M
- $100 bonus for every self-generated qualified opportunity beyond your weekly baseline

- Close 10 jobs a month → $170,000–$180,000/year
- Close 12 jobs a month → $200,000–$210,000/year
- Close 15 jobs a month → $240,000+/year

You'll be in CRM every single day, keeping your numbers clean and your follow-up tight.
