Job Description
We are looking for friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Servers to join our team at our Fremont location. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, has a positive attitude, and can provide excellent service in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Responsibilities:
* Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
* Provide excellent customer service throughout the dining experience
* Take accurate food and drink orders and enter orders into the POS system
* Answer guest questions and make menu recommendations
* Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally
* Check on guests to ensure satisfaction
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and dining areas
* Work closely with kitchen and team members to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
* Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Responsible, dependable, and willing to learn
* Weekend and evening availability preferred
* Must be authorized to work in the United States
