Position SummaryThe Village is seeking a reliable and hardworking Back-of-House Team Member to support daily kitchen and restaurant operations. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in maintaining cleanliness, organization, and efficiency.
Responsibilities
· Wash dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
· Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and prep areas
· Stock and organize inventory and supplies
· Assist with food preparation as directed
· Remove trash and maintain sanitation standards
· Receive and organize deliveries
· Support kitchen staff during busy periods
· Ensure all health and safety guidelines are followed
· Assist with opening and closing duties
Qualifications
· Strong work ethic and positive attitude
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
· Dependable and punctual
· Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
· Previous restaurant experience is a plus but not required
· Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
Availability

· Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
