Full-time building superintendent for 368 Broome Street, NY, NY 10013, a boutique office and hospitality building Will manage, maintain and operate all building systems, outside vendors and contractors and will assist with special events as needed. The ideal candidate has prior experience as a building superintendent, understands building mechanical systems and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly and keeping the building occupants comfortable at all times.

- Basic technical skills to operate security camera systems, BMS systems and digital visitor management software.
- Must obtain NYC Certificates of Fitness required for building operations:
- S12 & S13 – sprinkler and standpipe systems
F89 – Fire & Life Safety Director
Salary Range Language:
The expected base salary for this position ranges from $65,000 to $70,000 annually. The actual base salary will be determined on an individualized basis taking into account a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or certifications held. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package (including health, vision, and dental insurance, paid time off and a 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching), this position may be eligible for additional types of compensation including discretionary bonuses and other short- and long-term incentives (e.g., deferred cash, equity, etc.).
