Schedule Details
- 40 Hours Weekly
- Monday-Thursday (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
- No Call Coverage
- Four 10-Hour Shifts
Practice Environment
- Outpatient rural health clinic
- All-ages patient population
- Approximately 10–15 patients daily
- 1:1 clinical support staff per provider
- Collaborative outpatient workflow
- Behavioral health and laboratory support onsite
- More than 30 exam rooms
- EPIC EMR platform
Clinical Scope
- Full-spectrum outpatient primary care
- Preventive care and chronic disease management
- Adult and pediatric patient care
- Same-day and follow-up visits
- Independent clinical decision-making
- Documentation and order entry within EPIC
Candidate Requirements
- Active Oregon Nurse Practitioner License
- DEA Registration Required
- BLS or ACLS Certification Required
- EPIC proficiency required
- Previous outpatient primary care experience required
- Must be comfortable practicing independently
- New graduates will not be considered
