Duties
- Perform oil changes and fluid checks on vehicles to maintain optimal performance.
- Inspect vehicles for any signs of wear or damage, reporting findings to the service technician.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete maintenance tasks effectively.
- Assist in aligning vehicles as needed, ensuring proper handling and safety.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of services.
- Keep up-to-date with automotive service techniques and advancements in technology.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in automotive service or as a mechanic is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to diagnose issues effectively.
- Familiarity with automotive diagnostics and vehicle maintenance practices.
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
