This is a unique role within Manatee Landscape & Irrigation, with ample room to grow and learn the business. GUARANTEED 40 HOURS/WEEK + overtime opportunities.
Must consent to and pass drug-screen and background check prior to start date.
About Manatee Landscape & Irrigation:
We are an established and reputable landscaping company operating in the Palmetto / Bradenton area. With 35+ years in the business, Manatee Landscape is recognized for producing beautiful landscaping with both pride and efficiency. This is NOT a lawn mowing / lawn maintenance company -- we install new build landscape and irrigation and are currently looking to expand our team of experts!
Qualifications for Landscaping Foreman:
- Proven experience as a leader/supervisor
- Valid Driver’s license is a plus
- Knowledge of proper planting techniques for plants and trees
- Knowledge of plant and tree species
- Bi-lingual is a plus
Foreman duties include but are not limited to:
- Train and supervise installation team
- Communicate with clients as needed
- Communicate work progress to proper leadership
- Complete work tickets accurately in Aspire program
