UBREAKIFIX is looking for a dependable, motivated, and detail-oriented Repair Technician to join our team in Bryant, AR.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with technology, solving problems, helping customers, and learning new skills. Previous cell phone repair experience is preferred, but not required.
What You'll Do
- Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues on a variety of smartphones and electronic devices.
- Perform high-quality repairs while following company procedures and manufacturer standards.
- Provide friendly, professional customer service, explain repair options and recommendations.
- Assist customers with questions about devices, accessories, and available services.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and services provided.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment.
- Stay current on new devices, technology, repair techniques, and company processes.
- Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality and attention to detail.
- Work as part of a team to achieve store goals and provide an exceptional customer experience.
What We Are Looking For
- Previous cell phone repair or electronics experience preferred, but not required.
- Sales or retail experience preferred.
- Strong interest in technology and consumer electronics.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Reliable, dependable, and able to follow through on responsibilities.
- Coachable and willing to learn new skills and techniques.
- Positive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
