Hotel Maintenance - Support the operations of Extended Stay Hotel in Tulsa OK
**Must have reliable transportation and good attitude**.
Perform basic maintenance, pick up the grounds, move furniture, help clean rooms when long term guests leave.
Minor to advanced plumbing, electrical, construction, repair, etc skills are a plus. The higher level of experience and skills, the more consideration for initial higher pay, and the better the opportunities for advancement.
Minor is along the lines of "can plunge a toilet and maybe change a p-trap on a sink". Advanced would be along the lines of "can snake out a system, find a leak, rework a drain)".
Similar for electrical, etc.
If you have a good attitude we can train you for anything else you need to know!! We are a growing company with potential for advancement.
Must pass background check and drug screen and be able to live onsite.

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
