Casa Care Incorporated is a licensed and insured California general contractor providing professional property improvement, repair, and maintenance services throughout San Diego.
We are looking for a motivated Sales & Growth Lead to help us sell and build our recurring home maintenance subscription program. This role is ideal for someone who can do more than sell — we are looking for a builder, closer, and future leader who can help Casa Care create a repeatable sales process and grow a sales division.
This position starts as a 1099 commission-based opportunity, but for the right person, it can grow into a larger leadership role with additional compensation, sales team overrides, performance bonuses, and potential equity participation based on proven results.
Responsibilities
The Sales & Growth Lead will help Casa Care:
· Sell Casa Care’s home maintenance subscription plans to homeowners, landlords, property managers, HOAs, and real estate professionals
· Explain the value of proactive home maintenance, scheduled service visits, inspections, and minor repair support
· Generate leads through networking, referrals, door-to-door outreach, local partnerships, community relationships, and follow-up campaigns
· Help create and improve sales scripts, email/text follow-up templates, door hanger messaging, flyers, brochures, and other marketing materials
· Test different sales strategies and help identify what messaging converts best
· Build relationships with property managers, real estate agents, landlords, and local business referral partners
· Track prospects, follow-ups, closed sales, and customer feedback
· Help develop a repeatable sales process for future reps
· Eventually assist with recruiting, training, and supporting additional sales representatives
· Represent Casa Care professionally as a licensed and insured contractor focused on quality, trust, and long-term customer relationships
Compensation
This is a 1099 independent contractor role starting with commission-based compensation.
Starting Commission
· $100 per subscription plan sold
· Commission is paid after the customer signs up and completes their initial payment
Performance Bonuses
Additional bonuses may be available based on sales performance, including:
· $250 bonus after 5 active subscription plans sold in calendar month
· $500 bonus after 10 active subscription plans sold calendar month
· Additional milestone bonuses may be added as the program grows
Sales Leadership Overrides
As the role expands, additional compensation opportunities may include:
· Override commissions on subscription plans sold by reps the Sales & Growth Lead helps recruit, train, or manage
· Performance bonuses tied to team sales goals
· Increased commissions or bonus structures based on consistent results
Equity Potential
For the right person, this role may grow into an equity opportunity.
Equity participation will not be automatic or guaranteed. It may be considered after a proven performance period based on:
· Consistent sales results
· Meaningful contribution to Casa Care’s sales process
· Development of marketing materials and lead generation systems
· Ability to help build and lead a sales team
· Long-term commitment to the company
· Mutually agreed milestones and terms

· Experienced in sales, home services, property management, real estate, solar, roofing, pest control, HVAC, construction, or another service-based industry
· Capable of creating or improving marketing materials and sales messaging

· Comfortable testing new sales strategies and improving the process over time
