```Duties```
- Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently
- Provide medication counseling to patients regarding proper usage, potential side effects, and drug interactions
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Perform medication order verification and review for appropriateness and safety
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to pharmacy practice
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Oversee the work of pharmacy technicians and support staff
```Qualifications```
- Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited school of pharmacy
- Current pharmacist license in New Jersey
- Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws, regulations, and standards of practice
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
