- Conduct scheduled vehicle patrols of multiple assigned client locations throughout Stockton.
- Perform foot patrols of commercial, industrial, residential, construction, and retail properties as assigned.
- Inspect buildings, doors, windows, gates, fences, and perimeter security.
- Unlock and secure facilities according to client schedules and post orders.
- Respond to alarm activations, patrol requests, and service calls.
- Complete scheduled property inspections and site checks.
- Monitor parking lots, loading areas, common areas, and exterior grounds.
- Observe and report suspicious activity, trespassing, vandalism, theft, unauthorized access, and property damage.
- Identify and report hazards including broken lighting, water leaks, damaged fencing, unsecured doors, graffiti, and unsafe conditions.
- Maintain accurate Daily Activity Reports (DARs), Incident Reports, and Patrol Logs.
- Submit photographs and activity updates using approved company reporting systems.
- Utilize mobile patrol software, GPS tracking, and company communication platforms.
- Maintain regular communication with Hammer Head Security Dispatch throughout the shift.
- Respond promptly to Dispatch safety checks, calls for service, and emergency requests.
- Maintain a professional and highly visible security presence at every assigned property.
- Operate company patrol vehicles safely and in accordance with all traffic laws and company policies.
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections before and after each shift.
- Keep assigned patrol vehicles clean, fueled, organized, and ready for service.
- Assist law enforcement, fire personnel, emergency medical responders, property managers, and client representatives when requested.
- Patrol multiple client locations during each shift.
- Conduct interior and exterior building inspections when authorized.
- Check for unsecured doors, windows, gates, and access points.
- Verify lighting, fencing, alarms, and security equipment are functioning properly.
- Monitor parking lots for suspicious vehicles and unauthorized activity.
- Complete all required patrol checkpoints within scheduled timeframes.
- Respond to after-hours property checks and special patrol assignments.
- Prioritize officer safety during all incidents.
- Observe and report crimes in progress including theft, burglary, vandalism, trespassing, vehicle burglaries, suspicious activity, and property damage.
- Immediately relocate to a safe position whenever conditions become unsafe.
- Contact 911 immediately during criminal activity, fires, medical emergencies, or life-threatening situations.
- Provide emergency dispatchers with accurate location information, suspect descriptions, vehicle information, and incident details.
- Notify Hammer Head Security Dispatch and Management immediately following emergency notifications.
- Never pursue, detain, or physically confront suspects.
- Follow Hammer Head Security's Observe and Report policy at all times.
- Prepare detailed Incident Reports documenting observations, actions taken, witness information, photographs, and final outcomes.
- Provide professional customer service to clients, tenants, employees, visitors, vendors, and the public.
- Respond courteously to questions and requests for assistance.
- Maintain a calm and professional demeanor during difficult situations.
- Report client concerns and maintenance issues promptly.
- Represent Hammer Head Security with integrity, professionalism, and accountability.
- Valid California BSIS Guard Card (Required).
- Valid California Driver License with a clean driving record.
- Previous mobile patrol or security experience preferred.
- Ability to safely operate a patrol vehicle during day, evening, and overnight shifts.
- Strong observation, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prepare accurate Daily Activity Reports and Incident Reports.
- Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to walk, stand, drive, climb stairs, and patrol for extended periods.
