Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Owner Operator Driver to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in their work and are committed to delivering exceptional service. As an Owner Operator Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently while maintaining compliance with all regulations. Your expertise in various driving techniques and vehicle types will be essential in ensuring timely deliveries. Dedicated lanes available.
Duties
- PORT WORK- 20/40/45FT containers.
- Execute route driving to deliver goods to designated locations while adhering to schedules.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and clients regarding delivery status and any issues that may arise.
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations to ensure the safety of yourself and others on the road.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a commercial driver with a valid CDL (Commercial Driver's License).
- Proficiency in operating manual transmission vehicles.
- Strong understanding of route driving and delivery processes.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Must pass background checks and adhere to all safety regulations.
