Responsibilities
- Personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Companionship and emotional support
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding, if needed
- Medication reminders
- Light housekeeping and laundry
- Assist with walking, transfers, and mobility
- Errands, transportation to appointments
- Engage clients in conversation, activities, and social interaction
- Communicate any changes in the client's health
- Follow each client's personalized care plan
Skills
- Caregiving experience preferred (home care, hospice, assisted living, nursing home)
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to assist clients with transfers and mobility
- Comfortable preparing simple meals and completing light housekeeping
- Able to observe and report changes in a client's condition
- Respect client privacy and maintain confidentiality
Must
- Have a valid drivers license and reliable vehicle to get to and from work
- Willing to take clients out for appointments or to run errands
- Speak fluent English
- Willing to work in the following towns: Sudbury, Lincoln, Wayland, Weston, Maynard, Hudson, Marlboro, Framingham, and Concord

Pay: $17.50 - $21.00 per hour
