Post Rehab Services is hiring a Rehab Aide for a full-time role in our skilled nursing facility. This is a great opportunity to join a therapy team and support residents as they work toward improved mobility and independence.
What You'll Do:

Assist therapy staff with setting up treatment areas and equipment

Support residents during therapy sessions as directed

Transport residents to and from therapy

Maintain a clean, organized rehab space

Assist with basic administrative and documentation tasks
