Experienced Vacation Rental Housekeeper / Cleaner (Part-Time)
C’est La Vie Vacation Rentals is an expanding vacation rental company based in Fort Lauderdale, and we are currently looking for experienced housekeepers/cleaners with a background in vacation rental or short-term rental cleaning to join our growing team.
This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling, offering a positive and supportive work environment along with opportunities for growth and advancement within our family-owned business.
Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed housekeeping duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing, and surface cleaning
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, tubs, and showers
- Make beds and replace linens to hospitality standards
- Document the condition of each property upon arrival and before departure using photos and video
- Empty trash and dispose of waste properly
- Restock essential supplies in guest rooms and common areas
- Follow established cleaning standards, checklists, and procedures to maintain a high-quality guest experience
Requirements:
- Previous experience in vacation rental, Airbnb, hotel, or hospitality cleaning preferred
- Must be dependable and have reliable transportation
- Must be available to work weekends
- Must speak English or Spanish
- Must be efficient, detail-oriented, and communicate thoroughly
- Ability to work independently and remain self-motivated
- Must be able to pass a basic background check
Compensation & Growth:

Pay: $15–$17 per hour, with opportunities for advancement based on performance and company growth.
