Health and Wellness clinic looking for a motivated and reliable Medical Assistant to join our team. Candidates must have good customer service skills, be dependable, able to multi-task and work well with others.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Rooming patients and taking vitals
- Mixing and starting IV's
- Administering injections
- Stocking rooms
- Triage phone calls/answer patient calls
- Creating lab orders/calling patients with results
- Scanning
- Prepares exam rooms for patients and procedures
- Assist physician or nurse with procedures
- Performs other duties and tasks as needed
Candidate must be a medical assistant who has completed a medical assistant program. Would prefer someone with 1 year or more experience.
