Job Description
Break into the restaurant industry as a Busser. You’ll be clearing plates, keeping surfaces
clean and turning around tables for the next customer. Salt and pepper shakers are low?
You’ll spot it from across the room. Are there missing condiments? You notice before
anyone else does. Someone spilled? You’re there in the blink of an eye. An individual
who is successful in this role will anticipate needs and have fantastic stamina.
Responsibilities
- Clear tables quickly and efficiently in between guests and during service
- Carry plates, silverware and glasses to the kitchen for sanitizing
- Refill water glasses for customers
- Support servers in expediting food to tables
- Keep the dining room clean including occasional sweeping and mopping
