About the Role
Blair & Ramirez LLP is seeking an Employment Law Attorney to join our plaintiff-side litigation team in Los Angeles. This role is ideal for an attorney who enjoys litigation, motion work, case strategy, and actively moving employment cases toward resolution. The attorney will work closely with the partners and litigation team on employment matters involving FEHA, wrongful termination, retaliation, discrimination, harassment, and wage & hour claims.

Responsibilities
- Draft motions, pleadings, discovery, and other litigation documents
- Conduct legal research and case analysis
- Manage litigation deadlines and case progression
- Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and client meetings
- Evaluate settlement opportunities and litigation exposure
- Communicate with clients, defense counsel, experts, and staff regarding case status and next steps
- Work closely with partners on litigation strategy and case development
Qualifications
- Active California Bar license (required)
- Employment litigation experience preferred
- Experience with FEHA and wage & hour matters preferred
- Strong legal writing and analytical skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and multiple active matters
- Plaintiff-side experience is a plus, but not required
