Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation of various products to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Duties
- Perform installations of products according to specifications and company standards.
- Utilize tools and equipment effectively.
- Conduct inspections of completed work to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve installation issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding installation processes and timelines.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in installation or related field is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments, including an Ohmmeter.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks associated with installation work.
- Valid driver's license is required for travel to site locations in our vehicles.
