Who You Are
A MINIMUM OF TWO YEARS OF SALES OR REAL ESTATE INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE OR HIGH LEVEL LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.
You're a high-performer with 2–3+ years of real estate sales experience and a track record that puts you in the top 5% of your office. You lead instead of waiting to be led. You're assertive, people-oriented, and you operate with urgency.
You understand your market inside and out. You know the Keller Williams value proposition deeply and can communicate it compellingly to any business owner. You're financially savvy, comfortable reading a P&L, and helping others make smart business decisions.
You're a learning-based leader who believes in succeeding through others, bottom-up leadership, and building a team that wins together. You naturally live the WI4C2TES belief system in everything you do.
What You'll Focus On (The 20% That Drives Everything)
- Recruit and retain productive, market-share agents through strategic business consulting, disruptive training, and KW technology
- Consult with top 20% agents to increase their productivity and profitability
What You'll Also Do
- Lead, support, and hold accountability sessions with the Market Center team
- Execute a disruptive training calendar built around agent needs and key business drivers
- Drive adoption of KW's value proposition as it connects to agent goals and business growth
- Oversee the Associate Leadership Council (ALC) and champion their growth
- Research competition and develop prospecting and marketing strategies with the Operating Principal
- Maintain market center profitability with disciplined fiscal oversight
- Protect and represent Keller Williams culture — every day, in every interaction
- Lead sales meetings and business planning sessions
What You Bring

- Real estate knowledge with an emphasis on residential sales

Compensation
We offer a competitive package built to reward performance, including:

Pay: From $100,000.00 per year
