Job Title: Dishwasher
Location: Rada, Selwyn Ave
Reports To: Sous Chef & Executive Chef
Job Summary:
Rada is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented dishwasher to join our team. As a team member in our kitchen, you will be responsible for washing, drying, polishing and organizing dishes, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, and some light food prep.
Key Responsibilities:
- Arrive on time and set up the work area with proper food safety protocol.
- Evaluate your station and prioritize projects based on necessity and time management.
- Clean, dry, polish, and organize dishes with great attention to detail.
- Keep dish stations clean, organized, and sanitized.
- Execute service according to direction from the Chef on duty.
- Properly close and clean your station, and kitchen as a team.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience in a professional kitchen environment.
- Knowledge of food handling and safety.
- Attention to detail, with a willingness to learn.
- Strong organization skills and cleanliness.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance, hygiene and demeanor.
- Ability to stand, walk, and carry items for extended periods.
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
