Join Our Long-Standing Family Practice as an Associate General Dentist!
We are a well-established family dental practice in Milpitas, CA, proudly serving our community for over 20 years near the Great Mall. We're looking for a positive, upbeat Associate General Dentist to join our team. This position is for Fridays and or Mondays, with some flexibility on other days.
What We’re Looking For:
- Someone passionate about diagnosis, treatment planning, fixed prosthodontics, implant restorations, and operative dentistry.
- Invisalign credentials are a big plus!
- Ideally, we’re seeking candidates who can produce a minimum of $3,800 - $4,500 in daily production.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of dental experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and clinical skills, with a strong ability to connect with patients.
- Dentrix experience is preferred, and being able to enter treatments is a bonus.
- A positive attitude, excellent chairside manners, and a passion for all areas of General Dentistry.
- Initiative-taker, team player, organized, and comfortable managing time efficiently between patients.
- You will have autonomy over your treatment plans.
- Patient time management.
