POSITION SUMMARY:
This position will work on-site in Earth City, MO from 7:00 AM until 3:30 PM, Tuesday - Saturday.
The inventory analyst is responsible for the accurate and timely tracking of K1MO inventory. This position ensures the inventory is accurate, aged product is identified, over/under supply items addressed, the product database is accurate, inventory adjustments are identified and tracked, etc. This position coordinates the activities for completing accurate end of month (EOM) counts and weekly cycle counts to ensure inventory is accurate.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned that pertain to the classification. Knowledge of all duties is to be cross functional but specific duties are assigned within available personnel.
INVENTORY ADMINISTRATION

Produce and Communicate Weekly Inventory Reports for assigned suppliers

Out of stock (OOS) Report – Items with less 10 days supply

Monthly Inventory Adjustment Report – Items adjusted/written off during the month

EOM inventory count variance report
-
Additional reporting as assigned by manager

Forecast 12-15 suppliers on a weekly basis to include meetings with supplier counterparts
- Submit accurate purchase orders for 12-15 suppliers

Attend weekly inventory meetings

Coordinate and complete end of month (EOM) counts each month

Complete daily cycle counts
- Saturday warehouse coverage

Warehouse Management System (WMS) subject matter expert
- Assist with inventory inquiries

Contact/Reschedule freight for inbound deliveries as needed.
- Perform all other duties as assigned by Supervisor/Management.

1-3 years of inventory or accounting experience with ability to accurately collect data

Proficient with Excel
