Oversee daily operations of the rehabilitation department

Lead, mentor, and develop therapy staff (PT, OT, SLP)

Ensure compliance with all regulatory and clinical standards

Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to optimize patient care and outcomes

Manage scheduling, productivity, and department performance

Licensed Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech-Language Pathologist in California

Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a SNF or post-acute setting preferred

Strong organizational, communication, and team-building skills
