```Job Summary``` We are seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as a Host/Host. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive dining experience. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you. ```Responsibilities``` - Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome - Seat guests and provide them with menus - Assist in answering phone calls and taking reservations - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station - Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations - Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints - Provide accurate wait times and monitor the waiting list - Assist in coordinating special events or private parties ```Qualifications``` - Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively - Strong phone etiquette and attention to detail - Ability to multitask and work well under pressure - Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus - Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed At our establishment, we value teamwork, professionalism, and exceptional service.
