We're looking for an experienced upholsterer who takes pride in their craft and can work independently on a range of custom projects. This position can be part-time or grow into full-time depending on fit.
What you'll do
- Cut, sew, and fabricate custom upholstery pieces to spec
- Work on a range of projects — seating, banquettes, cushions, pillows, window treatments
- Read and follow work orders and design specifications accurately
- Maintain quality standards consistent with high-end custom work
- Coordinate with the shop team on daily production priorities
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in upholstery — custom or trade shop preferred
- Ability to work on both residential and commercial projects
- Skill with cutting, sewing, padding, and finishing
- Attention to detail and consistent quality output
- Reliable, professional, and able to work as part of a small team
