ZTN Executives is hiring a full-time Nonprofit Event Representative to support community outreach and fundraising campaigns throughout the Nashville area.
As a Nonprofit Event Representative, you will work face-to-face with local community members to create awareness for our 501(c)(3) nonprofit partner's mission, values, and community initiatives. The primary focus of the Nonprofit Event Representative role is to engage with customers, share information about the nonprofit's impact, and generate fundraising support that helps expand the organization's reach and services.
Responsibilities of the Nonprofit Event Representative
- Represent our nonprofit partner at community events, retail outreach locations, and public engagement campaigns
- Engage directly with customers and community members to discuss the nonprofit's mission, programs, and goals
- Create positive conversations that increase brand awareness and community support
- Educate customers about the organization's initiatives and the impact of fundraising efforts
- Encourage customers to support the nonprofit through donations and ongoing involvement
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activity and fundraising results
- Collaborate with fellow Nonprofit Event Representative team members to achieve campaign goals
- Participate in ongoing training focused on communication, fundraising, and community engagement
Qualifications for the Nonprofit Event Representative
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable speaking with customers in a face-to-face environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable, professional, and goal-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous customer service, retail, fundraising, hospitality, or sales experience is helpful but not required
Compensation & Benefits
- Represent a 501(c)(3) nonprofit partner and generate donor support through charitable contributions and fundraising campaigns.
- Full-time W-2 employment
- Choice of $600 per week base pay or 30% commission on funds raised
