Catalyst Corporation is seeking motivated, outgoing, and customer-focused individuals to join our growing team as Retail Sales Representatives at our Bolingbrook location.
This is a full-time W-2 position working directly with customers in a retail environment. If you enjoy helping people, learning new products, and building your sales skills, we'd love to meet you. This role is a weekly salary paid role due on experience + commissions.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in a retail setting and provide exceptional service.
- Educate customers on products and services from leading brands including Vivint, AT&T, and Clean Energy solutions.
- Learn and maintain strong knowledge of all products, promotions, and service offerings.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Meet and exceed sales goals and performance expectations.
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Sales, customer service, or retail experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
