About the Role
As an Industrial Electrical Technician, you will serve as a vital technical resource for our manufacturing operations, ensuring the peak performance of our automated systems. You will leverage your expertise in industrial controls and troubleshooting to maximize equipment uptime and drive operational efficiency across our production floor.
Responsibilities-
Execute complex repairs and diagnostic procedures on CNC machinery and industrial robotic systems to maintain high output.

Optimize production workflows by identifying root causes of equipment failures and implementing sustainable technical solutions.

Program, modify, and troubleshoot Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) using ladder logic to ensure seamless machine integration.

Perform comprehensive preventive maintenance on solid-state devices and integrated control panels to prevent unplanned downtime.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior staff, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Respond rapidly to equipment malfunctions, minimizing production interruptions through expert electrical intervention.
Qualifications-
Associate’s degree in a technical field or 5+ years of equivalent industrial electrical experience.
