Pay Rate: $22.23 per hour
Duration: 12-month contract with potential for conversion to direct hire (if applicable)

Join Roche's manufacturing team as a Production Technician, supporting production and assembly line operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for ensuring product quality, maintaining production efficiency, following safety and quality standards, and accurately documenting production activities while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support daily production and assembly line operations.
- Monitor production processes to ensure efficient workflow and product quality.
- Perform routine inspections to verify products meet quality standards and specifications.
- Assist with troubleshooting production issues to minimize downtime.
- Complete production records, documentation, and reports accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Collaborate with production teams to improve efficiency and workflow.
- Follow all company safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and other production activities as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- 0–5 years of experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, or a related environment.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to follow work instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Basic computer and documentation skills.
- Knowledge of manufacturing best practices is preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive production tasks as required.
