New Construction - HVAC Residential Install | $30.00 - $40.00 per hour, depending on experience
Works Schedule: Monday through Friday | 7:00am to 3:30pm | Occasional overtime
Job Duties:
- Perform residential and/or commercial new construction HVAC installations

Install new Trane HVAC systems with accuracy and attention to quality standards

Complete rough-in and finish work for HVAC projects

Install ductwork, gas lines, line sets, and low-voltage wiring

Perform start-up and testing of newly installed equipment to ensure proper operation and performance

Maintain a safe, clean, and professional job site throughout all phases of installation

Qualifications:
- 2+ years of HVAC new construction experience, or an equivalent combination of education and hands-on experience

Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently

Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on HVAC industry knowledge and skill development

Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Trade school certification preferred

Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record required

High school diploma or equivalent required
