- RESOLVE INSURANCE REJECTION
- CONTACT PROVIDERS AND PATIENTS ABOUT FOLLOWUP FOR PRIOR AUTHORIZATION & REJECTED CLAIMS
- FILL, COUNT PILL/ CAPSULES AND LABEL CONTAINER
- INTERACT WITH CUSTOMERS FOR THEIR QUESTIONS
- CALL CUSTOMERS FOR REFILL REMINDER, VERIFYING INSURANCE INFO & OTHER INFO.
- ORDER MEDICATIONS AND MANAGE INVENTORY
- NON-STERILE COMPOUNDING OF LIQUID, CAPSULES, CREAMS, ETC. PER REQUIREMENT
- RETURN UNUSED MEDICATION TO WHOLESALERS
- ASSIST PHARMCIST IN IMMUNIZATION, TESTING & PRESCRIPTION PROCESSING
- CHECKOUT CUSTOMERS AT CASH REGISTER AND DRIVE THRU WINDOW.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32.0 – 40.0 per week

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Pharmacy Technician Experience: 2 years (Required)
- Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Pharmacy Technician Certification (Required)
- PTCB Certification (Preferred)
