In this role, the Lab Technician prepares materials, operates sublimation printing equipment, and packages Dorian customer products. The technician will perform quality control checks to maintain high standards throughout the fulfillment process. Success in this position requires strong attention to detail, organization, physical stamina, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining consistency and precision.
This is a seaonal job with a great Monday-Friday schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor photo sublimation machines
- Load materials, products, or supplies into machines
- Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and any quality issues
- Identify and fix any quality issues
- Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting
- Complete required paperwork/computer work accurately
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Any duties deemed necessary by management

- Previous experience in fulfillment, manufacturing, or machine operation
- Satisfactory passing of a pre-employment criminal background check
Physical Requirement
- Ability to stand for extended periods, 7-8 hours per shift
- Walk between machines, workstations, and storage areas
- Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive movements
- Frequent use of hands and wrists for repetitive tasks in packaging
- Capable of lifting and carrying up to 30-50 pounds regularly
- Visual acuity to distinguish fine details and color variations
- Ability to safely operate machinery and handle heated surfaces
Pay: From $18.15 per hour
