As the HR Director, you will play a key role in recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, retention, compliance, and creating a positive workplace culture that supports exceptional resident care.
Responsibilities:
✅ Recruitment and hiring of quality team members
✅ New hire orientation and onboarding
✅ Employee relations and conflict resolution
✅ Benefits administration and leave management
✅ Maintaining personnel files and regulatory compliance
✅ Assisting with employee engagement and retention initiatives
✅ Supporting department managers with staffing needs
✅ Helping foster a positive, team-oriented culture
Qualifications:
✔ Human Resources experience preferred
✔ Healthcare or long-term care experience a plus
✔ Strong communication and organizational skills
✔ Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
✔ Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
