Are you a passionate sales professional with a background in the metal fabrication and CNC machining industry? Fab Metal LLC, a leading metal fabrication facility, is seeking an experienced Sales Representative and Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team.
At Fab Metal, we specialize in contract manufacturing, delivering high-quality metal assemblies and components, from complex parts to simple part runs. Our state-of-the-art facility is equipped to handle both large and small batch productions, catering to diverse client needs.
We are looking for the right candidate to represent Fab Metal LLC and open up new doors that will generate new sales for our company. We are open to having the position be part-time, full-time and include commission based compensation structure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Utilize your industry knowledge to effectively communicate the jargon and technical specifications related to our products and capabilities.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, providing tailored solutions that meet client requirements.
- Collaborate with our production team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of metal assemblies and components.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales and customer service, preferably within the metal fabrication industry.
- Familiarity with metal fabrication processes and products, including complex assemblies and simple components.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Self-motivated with a track record of achieving sales targets.
