Looking for smiling, compassionate, and punctual Veterinary Assistant for our animal hospital. Candidate must be outgoing and comfortable interacting with clients and using computer. This Job entails handling both gentle and frisky pets in the exam room. You may also have to lift and carry pets. A physical fitness test may be required.
Tasks include assisting the doctor and vet techs in the exam room, communicating results to clients, handling lab samples, giving injections and drawing blood. Previous training or experience preferred, but will train the right person.
