Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble food items efficiently while maintaining high quality standards
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling
- Manage shift operations including supervising staff, coordinating tasks, and ensuring timely service
- Maintain inventory control by monitoring stock levels, assisting with ordering, and minimizing waste
- Uphold food safety and sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations
- Train new team members on food preparation, customer service protocols, and POS systems
- Assist in kitchen management tasks such as food production, quality checks, and cleanliness oversight
- Handle customer inquiries professionally, resolve issues promptly, and ensure positive dining experiences
Qualifications
- Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments preferred
- Strong skills in food preparation, cooking, and food handling techniques
- Experience with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable
- Demonstrated leadership or supervising experience within hospitality or restaurant management roles
- Knowledge of inventory control, food safety practices, and kitchen management procedures
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse guests
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays; prior experience in casual dining or hotel food services is a plus
