We are looking for an experienced vinyl siding contractor to complete a siding replacement project on one half of a duplex. Materials will be supplied by us. Contractor must provide labor, tools, and equipment.
Scope of Work
- Remove and dispose of existing wood shingle siding.
- Install new vinyl cedar shake siding.
- Install house wrap/weather barrier as needed.
- Replace up to 100 sq. ft. of rotten wall sheathing if necessary.
- Remove and reinstall window trim.
- Remove and reinstall gutters as needed.
- Remove and reinstall satellite dish, fence/gate sections, and other obstructions.
- Install all required starter strips, J-channel, corner posts, flashing, trim, and accessories.
- Complete final cleanup and haul away debris.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 years of vinyl siding installation experience.
- Must have experience installing cedar shake-style vinyl siding.
- Must have own tools and transportation.
- Reliable communication and quality workmanship are required.
Pay: $4,500.00 per day
