We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a strong desire to help customers find the products they need. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, maintaining inventory, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store.
- Operate cash registers efficiently, handling cash transactions with accuracy.
- Maintain stock levels by restocking shelves and organizing merchandise displays.
- Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Perform basic math calculations for cash handling and retail transactions.
- Supervise junior staff members when necessary, ensuring adherence to company policies.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and stockroom areas.
Qualifications
- Clear communication skills- attitude and technical aptitude.
- Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty, and integrity
- A background in retail sales is helpful, but not required.
- At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions.
- Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong Social Media presence preferred.
- Must have reliable transportation to the location.
- Must live within 30 minutes of home store location with the flexibility to work at multiple locations within a district as needed.
- Ability to operate a personal computer.
- Adhere to company policy while maintaining a neat and professional appearance.

Pay: $11.80 - $25.00 per hour
