Anchor Roofing & Solar is hiring a Project Manager to join our NWA branch and own the full arc of a job. This is an opportunity to leverage the proven marketing practices and operational infrastructure of a highly successful team to grow your own book of relationship based customers. You do not need to have existing experience as a roofer, we have decades of roofing knowledge to support this aspect of the role. We are looking for someone organized, professional, and team oriented.
Who we are
Anchor was founded in 2014 in Northern Colorado and has grown into region's largest roofing company. We've now established a Northwest Arkansas base at 507 SW 14th St. in Bentonville, serving NWA. What sets us apart is our approach: we don't chase storms, knock doors, or cold call. We've built our business on relationships and repeat customers.
Who we're looking for
You bring a background in insurance, property management, real estate, or roofing, any of which gives you a head start on generating leads and understanding the economics behind pricing a job. If you're self-directed, organized, comfortable managing your own calendar, and motivated to provide great service; we can help to provide a pathway to earn beyond what's typical for this industry.
What you'll do
- Generate and develop leads in your market
- Create competitive, profitable bids
- Manage jobs from first contact through close
- Build lasting relationships
- Tap into a supportive knowledge base alongside other Anchor project managers

Pay: $1.00 - $500,000.00 per year
