We're a family-owned independent repair shop in Blue Ash, at the same location since 1964. We're looking for a talented technician. That's the whole requirement — if you can diagnose, and you take pride in doing it right the first time, we want to talk to you.
HOW WE PAY
We pay a base hourly rate on your actual clocked hours, plus production pay on the billable hours you turn. You're not living or dying on flat rate — you get paid for the time you're here — but if you're a producer, you take home considerably more than your base.
Base: per hour depending on experience and certification
Production pay on billable hours on top of base
Realistic blended total for a strong producer: $24 - $35 per hour
We'll be straight with you: this plan is built to reward output. A technician who turns hours does very well here. A technician who doesn't will make their base and not much beyond it. We'd rather tell you that up front than have you find out in month three. We'll walk you through the full math at the interview — no surprises, no fine print.

Solid diagnostic ability and a methodical approach
Your own hand tools
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
3+ years of shop experience preferred, but we'll talk to anyone who can prove they know their way around a car
ABOUT THE WORK
We service a wide mix — domestic, Asian, and European. If you've spent your career on domestics and Asians, that's fine. Our foreman has been doing this a long time and we'll get you up to speed on anything you haven't seen. If you do have European experience, we'll pay for it.
WHY TECHS STAY HERE
We're small enough that you're not a number and stable enough that you're not worried about next month. The owner is a second-generation shop owner who came up turning wrenches. We invest in our people, we don't cut corners, and we don't sell work that doesn't need doing.
