Concrete Finisher
Pay scale $20-$50 hourly based on experience
We are looking for an experienced Concrete Finisher to join our small, hardworking team. The ideal candidate is dependable, self-motivated, and takes pride in producing quality work without the need for constant supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Perform all aspects of concrete finishing, including screeding, floating, edging, jointing, and finishing surfaces.
- Read job conditions and complete work efficiently with minimal direction.
- Anticipate project needs and proactively assist with tasks before being asked.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite throughout the day.
- Work closely with a small crew to complete projects on schedule.
- Assist with site preparation, concrete placement, cleanup, and other related duties as needed.
- Operate tools and equipment safely and effectively.
Qualifications:
- Previous concrete finishing experience required.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field.
- Strong work ethic and reliability—showing up on time and ready to work is essential.
- Team-oriented attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license preferred.
