What You’ll Do:
- Anchor our Client Experience: Use your deep veterinary knowledge to guide clients seamlessly, triage calls with confidence, and set a calm, welcoming tone for the hospital.
- Optimize Clinic Operations: Expertly navigate our Practice Management Software (we use Pulse PIMS) to manage complex scheduling and medical records. While Pulse experience is a plus, we are happy to train a tech-savvy pro who has mastered other veterinary systems!.
- Be a Clinical Liaison: Empower pet parents by providing high-level education on wellness and dentistry, acting as a knowledgeable bridge between the client and the medical team.
- Drive Patient Advocacy: Partner closely with our doctors to ensure seamless care, utilizing your veterinary knowledge to anticipate client needs before they ask.
- Cultivate a Calm Environment: Maintain an organized, peaceful lobby flow where efficiency meets boutique-level service, ensuring our clients feel cared for the moment they walk in.
