Job Description
The staff pharmacist will play a key role in prescription verification and data entry for non-sterile and/or sterile compounded medications. This position requires precision, efficiency, and the ability to adapt within a high-volume setting. The ideal candidate is confident under pressure, comfortable managing rapid workflows, and committed to maintaining the highest standards of safety and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- PV1 - Data entry verification.
- PV2 - Final product verification.
- Counsel and answer patient and provider questions.
Education:
- PharmD from an accredited college of pharmacy.
Licensure:
- Active FL pharmacist license required.
Experience:
- Previous compounding pharmacy experience preferred.
- Skilled in sterile and/or non-sterile compounding techniques preferred.
- Experience in high-volume verification settings is a strong advantage.
Skills:
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $128,000.00 per year
